7-Day Exchange Policy:
You have 7 days after receiving your item to request an exchange.
Eligibility for Exchange:
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Starting an Exchange:
To start an exchange, please reach out to us at mytoysbh2@gmail.com. Please note that exchanges will need to be sent to the following address: . If your exchange request is accepted, we’ll provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without prior exchange authorization will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues:
Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, or damaged, or you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately so that we can evaluate the issue and facilitate the exchange.
Exceptions/Non-Exchangeable Items:
Certain items cannot be exchanged, such as perishable goods, custom products, and personal care goods. We also do not accept exchanges for hazardous materials or flammable liquids. If you have questions or concerns about a specific item, please get in touch with us.
Refunds:
We do not offer refunds. Once your exchange is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
